Automation aimed at and achieved the optimization of  the Port Management Processes from decreasing the vessel and cargo turn-around time to making  available the necessary real time data for yard operations and performing all statistical and data  analysis for decision makers  Damietta Port - Egypt ISFP acts as an IT implementer and operator at the Damietta Port. Process Reengineering was the  first step undertaken at the Damietta Port, in an aim to establish an automated workflow. This was  followed by the implementation of an international port management package, developed by Zebra  Solutions (NAVIS). ISFP also developed the integration system between members of the port  community and the port authority and is responsible for the daily operation of the Electronic Data  Center at the Port      Adabeya Port - Egypt The Adabeya Port Project was the first time for ISFP to deliver a turnkey solution, All with what it  includes from infrastructure complonents and software applications. The first phase of the Adabeya  Project was about establishing an electronic management system in the port. This required  estabilishing a professional standardized worklfow before actually automating it. Developing and  implementing the necessary applications required for automating the different operations in the port.  The Second phase of the Adabeya Project includes integrating and establishing electronic linkage  among members of the port community and between them and the port authority, through an  electronic message exchange system. Misurata Port - Libya As a maritime business consultant, ISFP has conducted an automation business study for the  different operational activities at Misurata port. The study included reengineering the workflows in  the port, specifying the applications and infrastructure required for the automation. By implementing  this study, Misurata port is targeting to be incorporated as a fully automated libyan port.    Al-Khums Port - Lybia As the Socialist people’s Libyan Arab Great Jamahiriya the Single Window Initiative to  facilitate external trade, the Lybian government currently working to automate the  Mariitime Sector. Al-Khums was chosen as the pilot project for maritime automation  held in Libya. ISFP acts as both the application provider and infrastructure consultant  for the automation of Al-Khums Port. Work was initiated in the form of an automation  business study of Al-Khums Port workflow and proceeded with SPS applications  being implemented in three phases. As for the infrastructure process, ISFP handled  the projects implementation and operation strategy.
