-Solid understanding of the Unix OS: paging and swapping, interprocess communication, devices and device drivers, system analysis and tuning.
-Ability to program in at least one administrative language, (shell, Perl, Tk) and port C programs between platforms, write small C programs.
-Solid understanding of networking/distributed computing environments, principals of routing, client/server programming, and the design of consistent network-wide filesystems.
-Knowledge of Oracle fundamentals. and application servers.
-Design/implement complex local and wide-area networks of machines.
Senior System Admin (Code: IS75)
-Achieves high-level customer support service according to high-restricted Service Level Agreements
-Experience with Microsoft products (Active Directory, Exchange 2007, Portal server, MSE … etc)
-Experience with Backup systems and security products (Netbackup, Symantec EP …. etc)
-Experience with IBM Tivoli Products and support (TPM, TMS, Identity … etc)
Senior Database Administrator (Code: IS72)
-Knowledge of database theory, data warehouse design, object-oriented modeling with (UML) and other methodologies as CORBA and J2EE.
-System Analysis & Design skills, CASE tools.
-Physical database design.
-Administrating Databases and Application Servers (Single – RAC)
-Physical Disk Storage, RAID, cache controllers, and load balancing.
-Data Security.
-Backup and Recovery including third-party software (Veritas, Legato, ADSM).
-Performance Tuning Techniques.
